Calibre Clinical Consultants
(Proprietary) Limited ("Calibre") conducts business as a
provider of the necessary infrastructure to employers
for the purposes of implementing, in their workplaces,
employee wellness programmes, the co ordination and
administration of HIV and AIDS workplace programmes.
These programmes comply with the provisions of South
African labour laws and the Promotion of Equality and
Prevention of Unfair Discrimination Act No. 4 of 2000,
more particularly, the co ordination and administration
of HIV and AIDS and workplace programmes. Whilst Calibre
does not provide any relevant health services to
employees, it ensures that employers are familiar with
and comply with the various laws relating to the
provision of an employee wellness programme relating to
HIV and AIDS and procures the requisite infrastructure
in order to ensure that employees are using such
healthcare facilities optimally for the purposes of
ensuring that the employees continue to be productive in
the workplace and in society in general and also are
supportive members of their families. |
